CREATING & SHIPPING TIME

Creating Time: Generally 1-2 weeks

Shipping Time: Generally 3-7 days by FedEx/DHL

Generally, you will receive your purchase in 14-21 days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at info@easonart.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

PACKING

Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube, Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER AT ANY POINT?

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@easonart.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact info@easonart.com or log into your account if you need to cancel your order.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.For PayPal account holders,up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal accountFor credit card refunds.between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

DAMAGED GOODS

For damaged item, please kindly contact Eleanos Gallery within 30 days of the date it was received and will be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at info@easonart.com if you would like to replace your item.
